FireSprinkPro Design Studio ("we", "the app") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles and your choices.

Using the app without an account. FireSprinkPro works fully offline. If you do not create an account, the app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All your work — project files, layouts, and calculations — is stored locally on your device and remains under your control.

Optional cloud account. You may optionally create an account to back up and sync your projects across devices. This is entirely optional and is not required to use the app. If you create an account, we collect and store:

Your email address and password (used only to create and secure your account; passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in readable form).
An optional display name that you choose.
The project files you choose to back up (pipe layouts, calculations, and related project information).

How this data is used. Account data is used solely to provide the cloud backup and sync service — to authenticate you and to store and return your own projects. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Where data is stored. Cloud data is stored using Supabase, our hosting and database provider, acting on our behalf as a data processor. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.

Data retention and deletion. You remain in control of your cloud data:

You can delete individual backed-up projects from within the app at any time.
To delete your entire account and all associated data, email support@firesprinkpro.com with the subject "Delete my account" from the email address registered to the account. We will permanently delete your account and all stored projects, normally within 30 days.

No tracking or advertising. The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children. FireSprinkPro is a professional tool intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Changes. We may update this policy as the app evolves; the date below reflects the latest version.
